Jean-François spent 36 years at Heineken N.V., a global brewing company, serving in a variety of management positions, including 15 years as Chief Executive Officer. He also served as a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Heineken Holding N.V., a member of the Shareholders’ Committee of Henkel AG & Co. KGaA and Chair of the European Roundtable for Industry.
