TMICC maintains a high ethical standard of integrity in business dealings. We hold our directors, managers, employees, customers, suppliers, partners and agents to this standard. Our Code, Code Policies and Responsible Partner Policy define applicable rules and principles.

If you have a question or concern, or need to make a disclosure under Our Code, many resources are available to you, including your line manager, human resources, local legal and the business integrity team. Or you could use our Speak Up tool, which includes a phone helpline and a web portal. Your voice matters.

Our Responsible Partner Policy guides our dealings with our suppliers and other business partners. We expect our partners to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, conduct business with integrity, maintain high ethical standards, protect human rights and respect the planet.
