Josh is a Partner at Trian Fund Management, L.P., a role he has held since 2011. He is also a Director of Janus Henderson Group plc, having joined the Board in June 2023.
Previously, Josh served as a Director of Sysco Corporation from 2015 to 2021. Earlier in his career, he worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Healthcare Investment Banking groups at Credit Suisse First Boston. From 2003 to 2007, he held roles in Corporate Development at Triarc Companies, Inc.
Josh holds a BA (cum laude) in Economics from Yale University
