Victoria is Chief Corporate Affairs & Sustainability Officer at The Magnum Ice Cream Company, having previously served as Director of Corporate Affairs as part of the turnaround team at Marks & Spencer PLC from 2019 to 2025.
She brings extensive experience in corporate affairs, public policy and sustainability, with senior roles across major UK organisations including Tesco, Britvic and Marks & Spencer. Earlier in her career, Victoria spent several years in government, serving as a Special Advisor at 10 Downing Street and later as a Senior Advisor in the Office of Tony Blair.
Victoria is also a non-executive director at Allwyn UK, which runs the UK’s National Lottery, where she chairs the Compliance & Risk Management Committee.
