Through Frontline Heroes, our global recognition platform, we celebrate employees at the frontline who deliver outstanding results and whose contributions and behaviours reflect our values.

The Frontline Heroes Programme

 

Recognition of our frontline colleagues happens both locally and globally. Our Heroes are selected for their tangible impact, from safeguarding quality and availability to preventing disruption and driving growth with new and existing customers.

 

Three times per year, colleagues that work in stores, field sales, factories, warehouses and distribution centres, get selected as in-market Frontline Heroes. And once per year, the strongest examples of frontline excellence are selected from across markets to receive the Global Frontline Heroes Award. They are brought together for a shared global moment of recognition.

By centrally spotlighting colleagues who demonstrate ownership, excellence, care, and teamwork, we reinforce both the importance of operational excellence and our culture ‘The Ice Cream Way’. In 2026 , 27 colleagues were invited to come to Amsterdam and take a loved one along for a fully serviced trip, with our Award Ceremony as the highlight. They connected to each other and to our leaders, visited the Netherlands’ touristic highlights, and were celebrated on stage for the impact that they made.
