About
Reginaldo serves as President for all 1 Unilever Markets and has been a member of the Unilever Leadership Executive since 2022. In this role, he is responsible for One Unilever Markets globally, serving consumers with a focused portfolio of power brands drawn from across Unilever’s Business Groups and delivered through a fast-moving, entrepreneurial business model tailored to local markets. Reginaldo is also a Director of Unilever FIMA and Gallo Worldwide.
He began his career at Unilever Brazil as a trainee in 1991 and quickly progressed through a series of leadership roles across Unilever’s supply chain in North America, Latin America and Central America. Reginaldo later served as Executive Vice President of Unilever Mexico and North Latin America. Prior to joining the Unilever Leadership Executive, he held the role of Chief Business Operations and Supply Chain Officer, where he led the transformation and modernisation of Unilever’s operations.
