Stacey has been the Chair of Savills plc since 2024, having previously served as a Non-Executive Director since 2018. She is also a Non-Executive Director of AerCap Holdings N.V. and Gymshark, where she serves as Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee. She brings diverse boardroom experience having previously served as Chief Executive (2014-2018) and Deputy-Chair (2018-2019) at Harvey Nichols Ltd, Non-Executive Director of GlaxoSmithKline plc(2011-2016), Non-Executive Director of Genpact (2019-2024), Chair of Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle LLC (2021-2025), Non-Executive Director of Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment (2021-2025) and the Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of the English Football Association (2018-2020). She spent her early career in finance qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with Price Waterhouse before holding various finance roles at Granada Group plc, Chief Financial Officer of Egg plc and later EVP and CFO of Burberry Group plc.
