The Magnum Ice Cream Company N.V. (TMICC) was demerged from Unilever in 2025 and has operated as a standalone company under the name TMICC since July 2025. TMICC is incorporated in the Netherlands and is publicly listed with its shares admitted to trading on Euronext Amsterdam, the London Stock Exchange and the New York Stock Exchange on 8 December 2025.
