Managing Your Shareholding
The most efficient way to manage your TMICC shareholding is through the Investor Center website www.computershare.com/tmicc. Once registered, you can verify your share balance, update account information and set communication preferences (including electronic and SMS notifications). For security purposes, shareholders that are business, fiduciary entities, or trusts will be limited to view-only access.
We recommend registering your account as soon as possible to ensure seamless access and management of your shares.
For non-US shareholders, registration involves a two-step online process:

- Validate your account by entering a verification code sent via email or post, depending on your selected communication method.
